Paul M. Salmon

He founded Lighthouse Consultium, LLC, a technology consulting company specializing in IT strategy, development, implementation, project management, and systems integration focusing on the Health Services Industry. Serving as Practice Director for Cerius Consulting Group, the practice expanded by 200% in one year.  He also served as Interim CIO for Monarch Health and Practice Technology, VP of Information Services for LA Care Health Plan, Director of Information Management and Clinical Systems for Quantum Health and Olsten, Program Manager for Digital Equipment Corporation and Director of Computer Operations for Tracor Flight Systems.

Paul serves on the board of 211 Orange County and Southern California Chapter of HIMSS. He has a BS from University of Alabama and a MHA from University of LaVerne.
